Bavarian Hot Dog with Vegan Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

  • Halve the onion and slice thinly. Fry in 1 tbsp vegetable oil until lightly golden. Add lingonberry jam, season with salt & pepper and mix well.
  • Heat the sauerkraut in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Grill or pan-fry the bratwurst sausages until golden brown.
  • Mix mustard and beer.
  • Top each soft pretzel bread stick with bratwurst, sauerkraut, lingonberry onions and beer mustard. Your Bavarian hot dog is ready to serve!
